1.Please make order by phone call tel 6356 0878 , 94504625 B lian or submitting order form.
2.For Orders placed on line, Confirmation of Order will be send via email.
3.All prices showed in our website is in Singapore dollars (US$1 = S$1.60 to S$1.70)
4.Prices in our website inclusive of delivery charges during our operating hours.
5.Additional of S$10.00 will be charged for order send before or after operating hours.
6.A S$10.00 will be charged for wrong address or re-direct of order sent.
7.Payment Mode: Visa,Amex,Diners.Local Bank transfer : POSB SAVING 022 245872 & UOB SAVING 118 133 8151. By Cheque (Corporate clients only) Payable to Scent-sation Floral & Gifts.
8.Our company will substitute flowers or items in the event that flowers or gifts not available.
9.Our Operating hours : Monday to Friday : 9am to 7pm, Saturday : 10am to 5pm.
10.Sunday / Public holiday orders must be placed 1 day in advance.
